This group is for children in Grade 1 - Grade 4 who are interested in connecting with peers while cooking together.
The school holiday cooking and craft group is designed for children in Grades 1-4 who enjoy creating, cooking, and connecting with peers. This program provides a supportive environment where participants can engage in hands-on craft projects and simple cooking activities while building friendships.
With guidance from a Speech Pathologist and Allied Health Assistants, children will have the opportunity to develop confidence, enhance social skills, and practice communication in a fun and relaxed setting. Through sensory-rich experiences, they will explore creativity, teamwork, and self-expression in an engaging and inclusive atmosphere. The group will be held in a space at Healesville Primary School.

This group will run for 3 sessions from Tuesday April 15th to Thursday April 17th at 1pm - 2.30pm. Places are limited to 8 children.

The cost per child for the 3 session program is $525.
​
Please note: This group does not teach a social skills curriculum. Reports and summary letters will not be provided.
No Medicare rebate is available. For Self Managed and Plan Managed clients, an invoice will be issued for you to claim funds from your NDIS plan. Please discuss eligibility for reimbursement directly with NDIS or your plan manager. Please note: Beyond Speech is not liable for any declined reimbursements from NDIS.

Refunds are not available for cancellations or non-attendance to any session.

Note: Only children in the grades specified will be admitted to each group. Registration is subject to approval by clinical staff at Beyond Speech.
